  • One hour Second Appointment $60.00
  • Follow-up Appointments (20 minutes) $30.00
  • Follow-up Appointments (30 minutes) $45.00
The six month program has a total cost of approximately $460.00

How does Health Coaching Work?

  • First Appointment is 60 minutes.
    • Comprehensive Health Review
  • Second Appointment is 60 minutes.
    • Set Health Vision
  • After the second session, you will meet with your coach for 30 minute follow-up sessions on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Concerns that get in the way of taking care of your health are the perfect subjects with which to begin coaching.

The initial review looks at:

  • Family genetics
  • Medications
  • Health maintenance
  • Sleep habits
  • Caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco use
  • Water and calcium intake
  • Exercise patterns and target heart range
  • Daily caloric requirements
